Stage 1

Diagnostics

A standalone stage or the starting point for creating a learning product.

What it isCandidates with the right set of soft skills are rare. Or there is nobody to train newcomers: experienced people barely have time for their own work. The problem is usually visible. What is harder is seeing which solution will actually close it. Diagnostics shows that solution: the one that fits you, and exactly what needs to be done.

Three stages of diagnostics

How it works
01

Research

We talk to people inside the company — those who do the work and those who make the decisions. We find out exactly where the problem sits in the processes and how it is being handled today.

02

Systematisation

We bring everything we learned into one clear picture instead of scattered notes and impressions.

03

Solutions

We propose one or several solutions for your situation.

Outcome

The outcome of diagnostics

One document: where the problems are, why they appeared, and what to do about them. Not a list of observations, but a concrete action plan. Your possible paths:

  • Do it yourselfIf it is realistic to do in-house, your team can implement the solution itself, following our recommendations.
  • Do it with usIf you need a finished product, we turn that same expertise into video, animation, a text knowledge base or another learning format. Your team spends no time on production and gets a product that works equally well for 3 people or 50.

We recommend the format of the future product already at this stage: scope, style and type of materials.
